DO arrive early. Get to class 10-15 minutes early to check in & ensure your spot.
DO read class descriptions carefully. If you are a beginner, choose a class that is suitable to your level. If you are unsure, call the studio or ask your instructor.
DO not arrive late or leave early; as it is disruptive to others.
Wear cloth that will allow you to move freely and comfortably.
Avoid eating 1-2 hours before class.
Please avoid wearing strong perfume, lotion, or jewelry that may be distracting to others.
Please turn off cell phones before entering the studio.
Honor yourself and your body by working at your own level.
